Upon entering our facility, you will be greeted by our knowledgeable and courteous staff. Our main lobby provides a light, airy, and comfortable spot for you to prepare for an illuminating class. Entering one of our 2 well appointed yoga rooms, our core theme of light and brightness continues to welcome you to an expertly guided class lead by one of our outstanding instructors. All our instructors have been handpicked for their knowledge and expertise in teaching. At Sol Yoga we believe that a strong foundation in the practice of yoga is the key to a Life Illuminated.
